For customers

We match eligible Birmingham job requests with potentially suitable independent traders. A match, response or quote is not guaranteed. Please assess each genuine offer and agree the work, final price, attendance and any warranty directly with the trader.

Trader checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee of workmanship or suitability for every job. For emergencies involving immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on an introduction.

For traders

Only respond to jobs you are qualified and available to carry out. A customer must accept your offer before an introduction fee becomes payable. The actual fee is shown before Stripe Checkout; contact details remain locked until payment is confirmed.

Independent traders are responsible for their own quotations, attendance, legal duties, insurance, qualifications, workmanship and warranties. GetSortedNow does not collect or hold the customer's repair payment.

Pilot limitations and disputes

If a lead is unsuitable, duplicated or incorrect, or you have a billing dispute, contact support@getsortednow.co.uk with the job reference. Do not publish another person's private contact details. Refunds and lead protections require case-by-case review while the pilot procedures are being completed.

Full legally reviewed customer and trader terms, including clear refund rules and operator details, must be completed before general public launch.
