We use your details to arrange introductions, not sell your information.

What we collect

Customer requests include job type, description, postcode, urgency, name, mobile number and any optional email. Trader applications include business identity, trade, areas covered, relevant capabilities and contact details.

Who receives what

Verified traders can see a limited job preview, without the customer's direct contact fields. Direct contact details unlock only after the customer accepts the introduction and Stripe-confirmed trader payment has been recorded.

Twilio processes phone verification requests and Stripe processes introduction-fee payments. These providers process information required for their respective services. Optional job-photo uploads are not enabled unless private photo storage is configured.

Your choices and questions

We do not sell customer contact details. For questions about personal data, correction or deletion requests, contact support@getsortednow.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.

This is a limited pilot notice, not the final production privacy policy. The full notice must identify the legal data controller and explain lawful bases, retention periods, processors, transfers and complaint rights before a general public launch.
