For customers

Tell us the job once. We use category, postcode, urgency and job details to find suitable local traders. Your contact details are not included in the initial trader preview.

A trader can respond with a fixed price, an estimate plus call-out, or a call-out basis. You decide whether to accept. Contact details unlock only after you accept a trader and that trader pays the applicable introduction fee.

For traders

Choose your trade, coverage and the work you want. You see only enough information to decide whether the job is relevant. Customer contact details remain hidden until you have been accepted and the introduction fee has been confirmed as paid.

For the pilot, traders are reviewed before receiving live jobs. Verification can include business identity, ID, insurance and trade-specific qualifications where applicable.

What GetSortedNow is

GetSortedNow is an introduction platform. Independent traders provide the work and are responsible for their own pricing, attendance and workmanship.
